For drinks only the bar is open from 11am - 10. Salute can be found on Higgs Beach situated between The Casa Marina Hotel and The White Street Pier. On balance, I think I preferred the lunch time menu and certainly the lunchtime atmosphere, something to do with the cocktails maybe? That having been said I would certainly recommend Salute for a casual evening meal. Fancying comfort food my choice of main was lasagne which was the nightly special, hubby went for pasta carbonara with parmesan, peas, pancetta and chicken, my sister chose shrimp marinara over linguine whilst my brother in law chose a fresh fish dish in sauce, not sure, but I think it was snapper.
